What is included with the camp tuition?

 

A camp t-shirt, lunch and snacks, a binder with resources on recruiting and sports performance topics, plus all of the training and classroom sessions taught by highly qualified specialists.

 

What does the camp schedule look like?

7:30-8am Camp Check-In

8-8:45am Foot work, box training & other movement pattern training

8:45-9:30am Deliberate practice of skills training

9:30-10am Post training nutrition (we provide the meal and a discussion)

10-11:30am Sport Performance and commitment level discussion

11:30-12:30pm Lunch provided with a nutrition discussion & resources

12:45-2pm Recruiting interactive discussion and outline of how to use the curriculum  

2-2:30pm Discussion on Principles of Strength Training for Soccer Players

2:30-3:30pm Strength Training with CSCS certified college strength coach

3:30-4:15pm Review footwork, box training & movement pattern training

4:15-5pm Small-sided games training

5-5:20pm Camp Closing

Who are these camps targeted towards?

These camps are designed for high school aged girls who are interested in playing college soccer and are committed to putting in the work to accomplish this goal.

Are these camps only for field players?

No, these camps provide field player and goalkeeper specific training.  We have specialized goalkeeper coaches, that will provide specific instruction to any goalkeepers attending camp.  We also have coaches dedicated to field player development for all field players.

What is your refund policy?

Due to so many fixed costs for our program, we do not offer refunds.  If you are unable to attend camp we are able to transfer your payment to another camp up to a year from the camp you signed up for.  

How will I receive important camp details?

 

You will receive information via email, which will include all the important details about camp: directions to camp, when to arrive, what to bring, key contact information, etc. no later than 2 weeks prior to camp.

Are players supervised throughout the camp?

Yes, players are supervised by our staff. Our staff are professionals in their areas of expertise and are certified in first aid and CPR.

 

Do you have a certified athletic trainer available for player treatments?

 

Yes, players will have access to a certified athletic trainer who is available for injury treatment and prevention.

My player has food allergies or restrictions, do you accommodate for these?

Yes, please be sure to indicate the allergies or restrictions on the registration form, so we can be sure to accommodate.

How large are these camps?

Our priority is to bring a high quality learning experience to every camper, therefore we limit each camp enrollment to a maximum of 30 players.
